Shipping Information

We ship across India and offer COD (Cash on Delivery) for pin codes supported by our delivery partners. Please refer to our shipping table below:

All COD orders and prepaid orders below ₹500 ₹49

Please Note: This information is subject to change as per company policies.

Shipping Details:

  • Packages are shipped within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays) and typically arrive within 5-7 days post-shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times provided on the shipping page are indicative and dependent on our shipping partners.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, distance, and logistics partners. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities but will assist in tracking your package through our partner services.
  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations. However, you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
  • Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

  • COD is not a trial option; payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders will deactivate this option for future purchases.
  • In some pin codes, COD may not be available due to our shipping partners' limitations. For queries, contact our customer WhatsApp helpline.

Special Delivery Requests:

  • For time-sensitive delivery requirements, email us and leave comments in your order specifying the requested delivery time. We will do our best to meet your request but cannot guarantee it.

Additional Information:

  • Orders within India are handled by reliable courier companies like Delhivery.
  • Coverage is dependent on our logistics partners. If your address is in an area they do not serve, we will contact you to find an alternative solution for delivery.
  • For cancellations, email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted, and refunds will not be processed for cancellations at the doorstep or after three failed delivery attempts.
